My approach in facilitating healing with you is to follow the intuitive guidance I receive from Spirit for the direction of our healing work, and use whichever techniques and tools I feel most effectively support you. Once we set sacred space and open to spirit, the rest naturally flows. Therefore, most often, a few of the services below will be seamlessly integrated within one session.

**Services are conducted in person or over the phone. Some people prefer to be supported in person, which is understandable. However, since the work is energetic, there is no difference in the effectiveness of the work if distance prohibits you from seeing me in person, and the work is conducted over the phone. I support many clients this way globally. You can also choose to meet in person for one or two sessions if you wish to establish comfort, and then continue work over the phone.
