MY PASSION  I am blessed to answer the call of my soul and guide others to celebrate their authentic spirit and soul! As a healing facilitator, I partner with self-motivated individuals to help them help themselves find more of their authentic power, and inner wisdom, so they may live a better life of choice, balance, sovereignty, love and joy. It's my personal journey that brought me to this choice!

MY AWAKENING
At one point in my life I awakened to realize that I was living a life of tired repetition, hollow accomplishment and limited options. I acknowledged that I was repeating the same painful patterns. Life was effortful, and I was not clear on the direction in which I was moving. My body became ill. I wasn't sure who I was, and I was not sure what I wanted. But there was higher purpose in all of this.

When I was willing to acknowledge my pain, my life began to change dramatically. I explored my personal growth from a spiritual perspective to better understand myself - my spirit. I began to appreciate the universal laws and new concepts that not only opened me up to an entirely new world, but also offered understanding and comfort. I addressed my current beliefs by revisiting the past, and I grew to find my authenticity and strengthen my self-worth and power. I moved to a place of new direction, abundant joy, passion, and possibility.

MY CHOICE
This experience was so profoundly transformative that I chose to leverage close to 10 years experience in the performance improvement industry, change my career, resume my education, and begin my practice with the desire to convey to others that life can be more choiceful.

As anybody who has embarked on a conscious journey knows, when you open, the Universe guides you. Over the years, my soul has spoken louder. Like every human being, I have moved through resistance, and have been challenged to rest in my heart, and trust my inner wisdom. Yet, I have deepened into self-mastery, the freedom of self-sovereignty, and clearly know my purpose! I continue my inner work with dedication. I still experience challenges and changes, especially as a being who has chosen to step out in front and help lead humanity in its ascension. Yet, I have come to hold space for myself with neutral, compassionate witness, and trust in Spirit. And as I've expanded so has my ability to be present as a loving and powerful healing facilitator for my clients.  

I now consciously dance my authenticity in all areas of my life. I can greet each day with more optimism, choice and balance, nurturing my soul with creativity and loving kindness for myself. I hold a higher perspective. My intention is to be peace, joy, love and light, and truly know myself as the multi-dimensional being that I am.

WHAT I OFFER
Using my skills in coaching, my education in transpersonal psychotherapy, and the experiences and expressions of my own soul, I now guide others through journeys to their own essence, their own soul. I help them know their true self as their lives move through their many transitions. Whether specific issues significantly challenge their coping skills, or their soul nudges them to seek more meaning in their lives and uncover their greatest potential, it is healing. Working whol-istically with clients through mind, body, emotions and spirit, I believe everybody has the answers within themselves and can choose the life they wish to live.

In my work with individuals and couples I offer spiritual counselling, the amazing theta healing, soul journey facilitation, visioning, energy healing including Reiki, psychosomatic focusing and chakra emotional release, past life therapy, guided meditations, deep breathing instruction, creative visualization, and spiritual direction. Also partnering with wholistic-minded business owners, I coach them to clarify their authenticity in their marketing materials and write the words to capture their essence. As a dynamic speaker, I share my knowledge, skills and experiences through workshops, discussion circles, and group presentations on topics of well-being. Most blissfully, I now use healing with my voice to assist clients in shifting their energies. After years of my own inner work, I am grateful for this gift that emerged from my authentic core.

THE GIFTS OF MY PAST
My past experience in corporate training, facilitation and change management lends a great deal to my current work, and allows me to appreciate the realities of so many individuals who desire a more balanced life. As a leader with strong vision and strategic focus, I have been instrumental in guiding employees and managers through organizational design changes and the adaptation of new standards of performance. My abilities to clearly communicate concepts for understanding and create order out of chaos have been fundamental to my success in moving teams to new learning and growth. I love to teach and share my knowledge. Marrying these talents with a natural empathy, I am a strong proponent for honouring the impact of change on an individual's emotional, physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

My professional development includes leadership, problem-solving, coaching high-performance teams, and managing human performance. My on-going personal healing and connection to other spiritual leaders enhances my studies in Spiritual/Transpersonal Psychotherapy, which I completed at The Transformational Arts College (designation R.I.H.R. - Registered in Human Relations). I have also completed studies as a Spiritual Director. I also obtained certification as a DNA healing practitioner (theta healing) from founder Vianna Stibal, and became a certified Spiritual Healer, and Ordained Minister, with the International Assembly of Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards.
