A Winter Solstice Celebration

Experience the healing qualities of a group meditation for World Peace and
then relax or meditate to the variety of celestial sounds:  
Classical Japanese Stringed Instrumentation with Catriona,  
Intuited, Healing Vocal Toning and Crystal Singing Bowls with Melinda,  
and Symphonic Gongs with Devinder

Warming spiced mulled apple juice and a special catered Winter Solstice dessert buffet with decadent chocolate fountain,  
fresh fruit and holiday treats served afterwards.

Everyone welcome!  
No previous yoga or meditation experience needed.  
Bring a meditation cushion/pillow or shawl to cover up and show up early!
