TAKE A BREATHER

BREATHING AND MEDITATION BASICS
STARTING OCTOBER 1st, 2007

You have 20,000 breaths per day. But are you really breathing?

Most people have forgotten how to use the fullest capacity of their breath. Instead shallow breathing is commonplace in today's rushed living. And that creates stress on the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Breathing deeply is the one of the greatest tools you have available to you for profound, whole wellness.

ACHIEVE PEACE OF MIND
ALLEVIATE PAIN OR ANXIETY
GAIN MORE ENERGY
