Each of us is an emanation of light and sound frequencies,
and an alchemical container for ascension,
for our own souls, for the collective, and for Mother Earth.
You are the sacred container and the holy tone.
This is an opportunity to express this consciousness in the
beauty of sacred ritual and community,
with the intention of BEing the positive change.

synthesis of authentic voice and movement
anchored with heart and intention.

Through our intentional exchange of energies we will be learning to use
our voice and body to
release energies,
rebalance and build our higher vibrations,
send our intention to all beings through re-creation,
and replenish ourselves with relaxation.

The 5Rhythms of the Soul, as developed by renowned artist Gabrielle Roth, is a form of authentic movement. In this gathering we will add a
fresh application by also using our voices to
give freedom to our varied emotions.

Chakra toning will then take each of us into the centre of ourselves and rebalance our energies, serving as the foundation for our harmony. If you are new to chakra toning this will be an opportunity to learn the basic principles for an easy, joyful and highly beneficial practice. If you are already familiar with toning this portion will bring you focused healing.

We'll then bring our newly attuned vibrations to create a
living peace sculpture of sound dialogues and mindful motion.
Each person will contribute to the whole with their
own unique, soulful expression of voice and body,
anchoring our intention of peace in unity.

To close, you'll be treated to a gentle, relaxing meditation of
my intuitive chanting.


This afternoon is beneficial for both emerging and free-spirited voice.
No singing or voice experience necessary.

Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.

As we will be working on the floor, please bring a yoga mat or
pillow on which to sit.
For the sonic meditation you may wish to bring a blanket.
There are no cushions or mats available.
Bring your own water please and I suggest dressing in layers.
