Deep Breathing Coaching
Deep breathing, otherwise known as conscious breathing or belly breathing, is the foundation for all your health; mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. It is the foundation for all forms of meditation.

The basic, step-by-step process is described for you, free, on my website at Tools for Well Being. The countless benefits are also described in this section. If you do not already make a point of using your breath to it's fullest, please take a few minutes to read about belly breathing and give it a try. It's the simplest, most natural and most effective tool you have.

However, sometimes individuals need support to re-establish deep breathing that has been unlearned through day-to-day stress and anxiety, traumas, and painfully emotional experiences. While learning the skill, you may find it difficult to let the energy flow in the inhale and exhale of your breath. Sometimes, it's helpful to explore a little bit more deeply as to why this is the case, and help you to release blocked energies. Long-repressed emotions may be one reason and this can be addressed.

I most often hear that people have difficulty clearing their mind. Focusing on your breathing is THE tool for clearing the mind, however, there are other exercises and suggestions that can be provided to support you in this regard.

Or you may find that you have learned the skill quite easily but have difficulty establishing a daily practice. The regular practice of deep breathing is essential to rebuilding muscle memory so that you are breathing deeply at all times during the day and night, and especially during stressful moments.
